  • Most clients meet once every one to two weeks. The exact frequency depends on your goals, schedule, and the nature of the transition or decision you are working through

  • Sessions are available in person in Levallois-Perret or via secure video conferencing, allowing flexibility for clients living elsewhere in France or internationally.

  • Although I am a physician and board-certified psychiatrist in the United States, I do not provide medical or psychiatric services nor prescribe medications through this coaching practice. If you are seeking psychiatric care or medication management, I recommend working with a licensed medical professional in your jurisdiction.

  • As a native English speaker, sessions are conducted in English. I also speak French and can accommodate some conversation in French if helpful, though coaching sessions are primarily held in English.
